As a former marketer and graphic designer, I felt a sense of discomfort in my work experience. Certain questions lingered in the back of my mind:

"How can you really know that an idea will be good for the final customer if we don't test it with them? Why, most of the time, does the decision-making rely on one individual's opinion and not on the ones that this proposal will impact directly?"
These insightful questions sparked a personal transformation, coinciding with the opportunity of my involvement in a digital banking project as junior ux. This experience ignited my passion for UX Design, where I derive great satisfaction from making user-centric decisions. Validation of these choices through feedback allows for iterative improvements, fostering a truly impactful project development process.
